Filament winding fiberglass pipes with thermoplastic liner

Pipe wall structure: Filament winding dual laminate pipes consists of two sections: liner and structural wall.

• The liner provides chemical corrosion resistance. This liner can be PVC-u, PVC-C, Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), PVDF or ECTFE.
• The structural wall provides the mechanical resistance. The reinforcing material consist of “E” glass roving. Wall thickness is function of diameter and design data.

Use of Pipes in Dual laminate piping

• Standard topcoat colour white (RAL 9010) and grey (RAL 7032). Other colors available on request.
